We provide independent water crisis response and community technical support:
We evaluate water treatment plant and SDWA compliance data to understand and translate the range of issues affecting the impacted community, interpret technical memos, provide independent review of sampling plans, present findings to the community, and serve as a technical resource to impacted communities,
We deliver hands on and virtual training on how water systems work, the Safe Drinking Water Act, general concepts of water quality, and specifics of lead in drinking water,
We deliver hands on and virtual training on how to provide community-based oversight for a lead service line replacement program, and
We collaborate with community groups to provide drinking water quality messaging, education, and train on engaging with water utilities for mutually beneficial outcomes.
